Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated August 5th 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on Talent Circle. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service. It took effect on August 5th 2026.
1. Be respectful
This is a professional community. Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate others, and do not post hateful content that attacks people because of who they are. Debate ideas, not people.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not post content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. Do not impersonate others, spam, run scams or pyramid schemes, or misuse the Service for undisclosed advertising.
Do not post another person's private or identifying information without consent, and do not share sexual content involving anyone who has not consented or who is under 18. Content that endangers children is dealt with under our Safeguarding & Prohibited Content policy and is never tolerated.
3. Protect the Service
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, probe or test its security without permission, introduce malware, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its normal operation. Do not use the Service to distribute unsolicited bulk messages.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content and warn, suspend, or close accounts that breach this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where we can, we act proportionately, but the final decision on membership of our community is ours. Report problems to chris@londonswf.com.
