We want Talent Circle to be a good place to be. This document explains how to contact us and how to complain if something goes wrong. It took effect on August 5th 2026.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by London Screenwriters Festival Ltd (company number 10369656), of Ealing Studios, Ealing Green, London, W5 5EP. Our website is https://talentcircle.org.
2. How to contact us
For general enquiries, email chris@londonswf.com. For questions about your personal data, email chris@londonswf.com.
3. How to make a complaint
Email chris@londonswf.com with "Complaint" in the subject line and tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to resolve them fairly and as quickly as we reasonably can.
4. If you are still unhappy
If we cannot resolve a data-protection complaint, you may contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority. For a consumer dispute you may be able to use an alternative dispute-resolution scheme or your local consumer-protection body. None of this affects your right to take a matter to court.
