So it’s official! Impact50 has broken TWO world records!

We have smashed our own pervious record on ‘50 Kisses’ with 67 screenwriters on The Impact, and beaten the film, The Owner, which had 25 directors. Impact50 has 40!

No we are not registered with Guinness as they have changed the way they do things and it would cost somewhere between £5k and £10k to have it authenticated and registered. It seems that new management has taken over and they wish to leverage their brand for big bucks. Roy Castle would be turning in his grave no doubt as this new financial structure means that normal folk can’t do crazy things to win a Guinness World Record like they could when I was a kid. Ah capitalism.

Nonetheless, we are collectively World Record holders and we don’t need a corporate brand to own that. BOOM!

So congratulations to everyone. We will be in touch soon with your official certificates that you can print out and hang on your wall. It will give the relatives, in-laws, neighbours and house guests something to coo over while we continue on our own epic journeys to excellence!
